Droid 2 to be Released Aug. 12

 The Droid 2 is supposed to be released on thursday (August 12). The Droid X was released last month. This means the Droid 2 is being released less than a month after the Droid X. The Droid 2 has a 5 mega-pixel camera and a 1 GHz processor compared to a 600 MHz processor. The Droid 2 will have Android 2.2 software. You can also use it as a mobile hotspot for an extra $20 a month for 2 gigabytes of data. The Droid 2 will be priced ad 199.99 as with most of all the Verizon Smart-Phones. The Droid 2 comes with 8 gigabytes of onboard memory and can be upgraded by purchasing a 32 gigabyte memory card.
